Bovilla Lake Camping

Service Description

Pick up from the hotel and drive towards Bovilla Lake, located about 20 km away, passing through the suburbs of Tirana where you can observe the daily life of the locals. We drive up to the dam, and upon reaching Bovilla Lake, we set up our camping gear before beginning the hike up Mount Gamti. The hiking trail is moderately easy, and with each step, the view becomes increasingly breathtaking as we approach the summit. The hike takes about 40 minutes. At the top, you'll be rewarded with a stunning panoramic view of the lake, surrounded by lush green hills. After taking time to rest and soak in the beautiful scenery, we'll descend the same trail, which takes approximately 30 minutes. On the way back, we can make a brief stop at the river below the dam, where you can explore the unique canyons and, if you wish, take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear river. As the day winds down, we'll return to our campsite by the lake, where we'll set up for the night. Enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. The next morning, after breakfast at the campsite, we will pack up and return to Tirana.
